Body

WHEREAS, VHET LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Eagle Trace - Phase 6.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $139,781.60.

 

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Velvet Willow Road from the West line of Lot 210 to Rustic Rise Way

                     Velvet Willow Road from Rustic Rise Way to Tawny Elm Parkway

                     Rustic Rise Way from Velvet Willow Road to the North line of Lot 139

                     Tawny Elm Parkway from the South line of Lot 111 to Velvet Willow Road

                     Tawny Elm Parkway from Velvet Willow Road to the North line of Lot 115

 

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13765 $210,573.84 for a useful life of 40 years.
