Title

Accepting sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements constructed by Private Contract in The Willows - Off Site Utilities Only, Private Contract No. 2419.

Body

WHEREAS, TRMckenzie, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in The Willows - Off Site Utilities Only

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer and storm sewer be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $149,924.46.
