PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, the All Saints Path is a component identified for construction as part of the 2015-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (Major Pedestrian/Bicycle Projects in the Madison Metropolitan Planning Area) being a part of the overall multi-phase West Beltline Path project. It will be an important component of the City’s non-motorized transportation network, providing a safe and direct route from neighborhoods south of the Beltline to the West Towne area and other destinations; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division has established Engineering Project No. 10531 - All Saints Path for the design and construction of public infrastructure associated with the proposed bike and pedestrian path; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Office of Real Estate Services has established a Master File / Project No. 10721 to facilitate and administer acquisition of required land interests to construct the necessary public improvements associated with the bike and pedestrian path; and

WHEREAS, attached hereto and made part of this resolution is a City of Madison Relocation Order Map titled “Plat of land interests required for the construction and maintenance of improvements for a public path located in part of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec. 26, T 7 N, R 8 E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.” dated February 17, 2015/May 8, 2015; an...
