NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00128 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the UMX (Urban Mixed Use) District:
 
Southeast 85 feet of Southwest ½ of Lot 10, Block 32, Original Plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 2,805 sq ft or 0.06 acres.
