Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements and bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract Linden Park - Phase 10, Private Contract No. 2311 (1st AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Veridian Homes AB, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, street improvements, and bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Linden Park - Phase 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering
and Miscellaneous Costs) $ 51,221.61
B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:
a) Public Sewer Components $ 51,221.61
b) Sewer Laterals $ -0-
C) Investments in Capital (MSU Share) $ -0-
D) Total Plant Value $ 51,221.61
3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $42,790.00
4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Redan Dr from Valley View Rd to S Lot Line of Lot 283 (existing street)
· Weatherstone Dr from W Plat Line to E Line of Lot 297
