The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3419. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3419. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R2 Single-Family Residence District and added to the R2S Single-Family Residence District:
Lot Number 1, Block 8 of Walterscheit plat and part of vacated Walter Street, described as follows: beginning at the Northerly most corner of Lot 1, Block 8 of said Walterscheit Plat; thence S56º03'04"W, 28.10 feet along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 1; thence continuing along said Northwesterly line of said Lot 1, Block 8 along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1,034.00 feet and a long chord subtended bearing S53º01'58"W, 108.89 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 15.00 feet and a long chord subtended bearing N00º47'23"E, 19.38 feet; thence N41º02'01"E, 112.07 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right-of-way of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad; thence S58º03'00"E, along said Chicago and Northwestern Railroad right of way, 42.98 feet to the point of beginning, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 11,173 square feet."
