Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Eagle Trace - Phase 3, Private Contract No. 9394. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, VHET LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Eagle Trace - Phase 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $221,671.16.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Phase 3A
• Sister Oak Drive from the West line of Lot 80 to Lush Woods Trail
• Sister Oak Trail from Lush Woods Trail to the East line of Lot 69
• Lush Woods Trail from the West line of Lot 80 to the South line of Lot 98
Phase 3B
• White Fox Lane from Pioneer Road to Clear Pond Way
• White Fox Lane from Clear Pond Way to Windy Willow Road
• White Fox Lane from Windy Willow Road to the East line of Lot 181
• Windy Willow Road from the North line of Lot 190 to White Fox Lane
• Windy Willow Road from White Fox Lane to the South line of Lot 219
• Rustic Rise Way from the North line of Lot 202 to Hollow Aspen Lane
• Rustic Rise Way from Hollow Aspen Lane to the South line of Lot 209
• Hollow Aspen Lane from Rustic Rise Way to the East line of Lot 150
• Pioneer Road from White Fox Lane to the South line of Lot 236
• Pioneer Road from White Fox Lane to the North line of Lot 198
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12167 $ 566,292.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
