Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Springs at Pleasant View, Private Contract No. 8948 ( District 1).
Body
WHEREAS, CONTINENTAL 479 FUND LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Springs at Pleasant View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $278,208.00.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Mansion Hill Ave from S Pleasant View Road to Mica Road.
• Mansion Hill Ave Roundabout from Mica Road to Mansion Hill Ave.
• Mica Road from 454’ S of Mansion Hill to Mansion Hill Avenue.
• Mansion Hill Ave Roundabout from Mica Road to Mansion Hill Ave.
• Mansion Hill Ave from Mica Road to 228’ NE of Blakton Drive.
• Mansion Hill Ave Roundabout from Mica Road to Mansion Hill Ave.
• Mica Road from Mansion Hill Ave to 741’ N of Mansion Hill.
• Mansion Hill Ave Roundabout from Mansion Hill Ave to Mica Road.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12526 by $ 533,925.01 for a useful life of 40 years.
