DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1001 Wisconsin Place from PD (Planned Development) District to Amended PD (Planned Development) District, approves a General Development Plan and a Specific Implementation Plan to construct a restaurant/bar with outdoor eating area on the 15^th floor, add canopies to the outdoor eating areas on the 1^st and 7^th floors, and reconfigure space under the 5^th floor plaza to create a concession stand/bar.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00757 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00757. The following described property is hereby rezoned to Amended PD (Planned Development) District.

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 13401, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 66,690 square feet (1.53 acres), more or less.”

2.                     WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00758 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00758. A Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 13401, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 66,690 square feet (1.53 acres), more or less.”
