Accepting street improvements (sidewalk) constructed by Private Contract 2208 University Avenue, Private Contract No. 9139 (District 5).
Body
WHEREAS, The Heights Apartments, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 2208 University Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (sidewalk) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• University Avenue Sidewalk from E of 2216 University Avenue to W of 2202 University Avenue.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13998 $ 725.76 for a useful life of 40 years.
