Accepting storm sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 4103-4119 Portage Road Phase 3 (Di Loreto Ave), Private Contract No. 8890 (District 17).
Body
WHEREAS, HIDDEN CREEK 3 RESIDENCES, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 4103-4119 Portage Road Phase 3 (Di Loreto Ave).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $2,823.52.
3. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Di Loreto Avenue Cul De Sac from 996’ E of Portage Road to 730’ E of Portage Road.
• Di Loreto Avenue Sidewalk from 996’ E of Portage Road to 730’ E of Portage Road.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12946 by $ 73,606.96 for a useful life of 40 years.
