WHEREAS, the VH Birchwood South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $101,402.56.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Watts Road from the West line of Lot 305 to Birch Blossom Road
• Watts Road from Birch Blossom Road to the East line of Lot 304
• Birch Blossom Road from the Southeast line of Lot 394 to Quiet Leaf Drive
• Birch Blossom Road from Quiet Leaf Drive to Watts Road
• Quiet Leaf Drive from the West line of Lot 318 to Birch Blossom Road
• Quiet Leaf Drive from Birch Blossom Road to the East line of Lot 291
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13295 $ 288,966.52 for a useful life of 40 years.
