Body

WHEREAS, Madison QRS Inc, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at: 4002 E Washington Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

3. That the street, sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     Portage Road adjacent to Lot 1 of CSM 15677.

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13172  $7,240.63 for a useful life of 40 years.
