Accepting storm sewer, and sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract for 3601 Cross Hill Drive, Private Contract No. 8014 (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Cross Hill Heights, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer and sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 3601 Cross Hill Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $10,725.00
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• High Crossing Boulevard from Cross Hill Drive to 180 feet NE.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11716 $4,130.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
