Body

WHEREAS, Wilde Family Limited Partnership, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 5555 High Crossing Boulevard.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     High Crossing Blvd from the southerly property line of Lot 1 CSM 13087 to Nelson Rd (east side only)

•                     Nelson Rd from High Crossing Blvd to 977ft east (south side only)

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2215  $ 56,408.80 for a useful life of 40 years.
