Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for work related to the West Towne Path Phase 3 project. The estimated project cost is $730,000 as shown below. The funding required is in the 2023 Capital Budget request in the West Towne Path Phase 3 project and the Pavement Management program. Any contract award would be contingent upon approval of the requisite funding in the 2023 Capital Budget.

Total Cost = $730,000

Federal Funds = $352,000

City Cost = $378,000

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for West Towne Path - Phase 3, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
