Amending MGO 33.24(15)(c) Map of Urban Design District 8.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: MGO 33.24(15)(c), the map of Urban Design District No. 8 (“UDD 8”) is amended to shift the boundary between Block 1a and Block 1b. This change increases the size of 1b and decreases the size of 1a, to align this line with the boundary to the immediate west on the subject block and to the east on Blocks 2a & b. By changing the boundary, the proposed development (Legistar files #57108 and #56474), which has been conditionally approved by both the Planning Commission and the Urban Design Commission, can proceed as a five-story building in Block 1b as conditionally approved.
