Body

WHEREAS, the developer, Royal Partners, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 6918 Seybold Road CSM.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Seybold Road from S Gammon Road to 300 feet east of S Gammon Road

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11948 by $11,730.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
