Title
Approving temporary construction work with associated noise impacts between the hours of 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM for work associated with Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District Interceptor Rehabilitation 2020 Project (Spring Street, Mills Street, Fahrenbrook Ct, Brooks Street, Braxton Place) (8th, 12th, & 13th ADs)
Body
The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District Interceptor Rehabilitation 2020 project intends to rehabilitate approximately 4,500 linear feet of 24” diameter sanitary sewer located in Spring Street from Randall Ave to Mills Street; in Mills Street from Spring Street to Fahrenbrook Court; in Fahrenbrook Court from Mills Street to Brooks Street; in Brooks Street from Fahrenbrook Court to Milton Street; in Braxton Place; and in an easement from Braxton Place to West Washington Avenue. The proposed activities beyond the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM are as follows:

1. Cleaning of the sanitary sewer main sections to be lined to remove any accumulated debris prior to lining;
2. Conducting a closed-circuit inspection of the sanitary sewer mains to be lined to confirm that the li...
