Accepting street and terrace improvements constructed by Private Contract for 601 Rayovac Drive Redevelopment, Private Contract No. 8036 (19th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, CG Growth LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer, street and terrace restoration by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 601 Rayovac Drive Redevelopment.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.                     That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $10,122.20

 

2.                     That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Rayovac Drive from Watts Road to 405’ E of Watts Road

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11740  $12,312.30 for a useful life of 40 years.
