Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution deletes the classifications of EO Investigator/Concilator 1, 2, and 3 and creates a new classification of EO Investigator 1, 2, and 3 in the same compensation group and ranges (CG 18, Range 4, 6, and 8 respectively). Three existing positions would be deleted and recreated under the new titles. The proposed resolution has no fiscal impact, as no compensation changes are authorized.
Title
Create new classifications of EO Investigator 1, 2, and 3 in CG18, R4, 6 and 8, respectively and delete the existing classifications of EO Investigator/ Conciliator 1,2, and 3. Retitle the incumbents in the above classifications as EO Investigator 1 or 3, based on their current classification.
Body
Resolution deleting the classifications of EO Investigator/Conciliator 1, 2, and 3 (CG 18, R4, 6, and 8) and creating new classifications of EO Investigator 1, 2, and 3, in CG 18, Range 4, 6, and 8, respectively.
Be it further resolved that position #0892, EO Investigator/Conciliator 3 is deleted and recreated as the EO Investigator 3 and current incumbent, A. Riphon is reallocated to the EO Investigator 3 position.
Finally, positions #0884, and #0893 of EO Investigator/Conciliator 1 are deleted and recreated as the EO Investigator 1 and current incumbents, C. Garces and K. Woodly, are reallocated to the EO Investigator 1 positions, in the Department of Civil Rights' operating budget, respectively.
