Body

WHEREAS, New WEI, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Silicon Prairie Business Park - Phase 1.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Yard Drive from Silicon Prairie Parkway to SE End

                     Silicon Prairie Parkway from Yard Drive to South Point Road

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11974 by $190,857.70 for a useful life of 40 years.
