Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Demolition - 3509 Webb Avenue located in the Town of Blooming Grove at an estimated cost of $40,000. The property was purchased by the City with the intent to use the land for a future multiuse path. Funding is provided by GO Borrowing via the Bikeways Program (MUNIS 10160) in the Engineering - Bicycle and Pedestrian 2020 Adopted Capital Budget.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Demolition - 3509 Webb Avenue (Town of Blooming Grove), be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to execute documents required for permitting as necessary for the Project in accordance with Town of Blooming Grove ordinances and policies.
5) That the Finance Director is authorized to issue purchase orders as required for remediation as necessary for the Project.
