The 2020 Adopted Operating Budget includes $108,000 in Uniform Clothing Supplies within Metro’s supply budget. The anticipated cost of the contract with Top Promotions Inc is $110,000. The difference will be absorbed within Metro’s supply budget.

Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign a three year agreement with Top Promotions, Inc., and authorizing the Transit General Manager to sign up to two one-year options.
Body
WHEREAS, Metro Transit is in need of a uniform provider for Operations Unit employees; and
WHEREAS, an RFP was issued for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, three responsive proposals were received; and
WHEREAS, Top Promotions provided the most responsive and responsible proposal, and it was selected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign on behalf of the City a three (3) year contract from April 2020 through March 2023 for uniforms with Top Promotions, Inc. and authorizing the Transit General Manager to sign up to two (2) one-year options.
