Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and recieve bids for Chip Sealing 2020 - East for an estimated cost of $1,470,000. Funding is provided in the 2020 Adopted Capital Budget for Pavement Management (12690-402-200 - $1,400,000) and the 2020 Adopted Operating Budget for Street Repair & Maintenance (44552-54250-00000 - $70,000).

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Chip Sealing 2020-East, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute agreements with the adjacent municipalities as needed for cost sharing of the project.
