Title

Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 510 University Ave - The James, Private Contract No. 2436. (4th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, the Core Campus Madison II, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and street improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  510 University Ave - The James.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer and street improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
