Approving the revised design for the design, fabrication and installation for a site specific public art feature in Emerson East Park (formerly Pennsylvania Park)

The Board of Park Commissioners approved in February 2018 (Legislative File 50363) the installation of a site specific public art feature by artist Raymond Chi for Pennsylvania Park (now Emerson East Park). The original concept included two pronouns: “WE” and “OUR”; the artist has proposed a change to the design which now includes three pronouns: “WE”, “US” and “OUR.”
