Accepting sanitary sewer improvements constructed by Private Contract in 6509 Normandy Lane, Private Contract No. 7876.  (19th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Normandy Square, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 6509 Normandy Lane.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
