DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 2540 E. Mifflin Street from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to LMX (Limited Mixed-Use) District to allow place of worship, massage therapy and professional offices in existing building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00392 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00392.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to LMX (Limited Mixed-Use) District:

 

Lots 2, 3 & 4, Block 2, Swensen's Replat of Curtis’s Replat of Blocks 296 and 297 of Farwell’s Addition to the City of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 14,448 square feet (0.33 acres).”
