The primary goal of the position is to support implementation of community-wide processes to manage and coordinate the efforts of local homeless providers and related organizations working to meet the goals of preventing and ending homelessness in Dane County/Madison, Wisconsin. This is the fourth year of funding from HUD for this position; the Community Development Division hired a CoC Coordinator in February 2017. Its continuance hinges on the renewal of this HUD funding.
