Authorizing the execution of an Underground Electric Easement to Wisconsin Power and Light Company across a portion of Elver Park, located in the Town of Middleton.
Body
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Power and Light Company (“WP&L”) is performing a system upgrade in the vicinity of Elver Park and needs to install new and replacement underground electric cable within Elver Park; and
WHEREAS, WP&L has requested an easement for such facilities; and
WHEREAS, City of Madison Parks Division and Office of Real Estate Services staff have reviewed and approve of the granting of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Underground Electric Easement to Wisconsin Power and Light Company across a portion of Elver Park, located in the Town of Middleton, as legally described on attached Exhibit A and depicted on attached Exhibit B.
