Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the 2019 Parks Division Landscaping project. The total estimated cost of the project is $75,000. The following projects will fund the contract: Allied Drive Area Potential Park - $5,000 (Munis 10543), Olbrich Walter Street Parking - $25,000 (Munis 19045), Warner Boat Launch Paving - $25,000 (Munis 17381) and Landscaping Land Management - $20,000 (Munis 17492). Funding is available in the projects.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for 2019 Parks Division Landscaping, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
