Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Warner Park Boat Launch Parking Lot Reconstruction. The Parks Division 2018 adopted capital budget includes $1,360,000 funded by GO Borrowing ($850,000), Impact Fees ($500,000) and Private Contributions / Donations ($10,000) for the Beach and Shoreline Improvements project (Munis project 10605). The total estimated cost of this project is $1,200,000. Funding is available in the project.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Warner Park Boat Launch Parking Lot Reconstruction, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
