Accepting street and terrace improvements constructed by Private Contract for Secret Places - Phase 13, Contract 2399.

Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street and terrace restoration by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Secret Places - Phase 13, Contract 2399

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.                     That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to Secret Places Phase 13 are hereby accepted.

 

2.                     That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Red Barn Run from the N line of Lot 41 to the W line of Lot 48

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2399 $ 66,807.04 for a useful life of 40 years.
