The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00295 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00295. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TE (Traditional Employment) District:
The southeast 120 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Tierney Addition to Madison, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin; said parcel contains 0.17 acres.”
