Title
Appointing Heather Stouder or Designee of the Planning Division to serve on the Interstate Commerce Park Architectural Control Committee.
Body
WHEREAS, the City currently owns property for sale within the Interstate Commerce Park; and,
WHEREAS, development within the Interstate Commerce Park must be approved by an Architectural Control Committee; and,
WHEREAS, that position is currently vacant due to a resignation; and,
WHEREAS, City staff recommends appointing Heather Stouder or Designee of the Planning Division to fill this vacancy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council appoints Heather Stouder or Designee of the Planning Division to represent the City of Madison on the Interstate Commerce Park Architectural Control Committee; and,
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Heather Stouder or Designee will be serving on this Architectural Control Committee in her capacity as an employee of the City of Madison.
