DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 9910 Watts Road from SR-V2 (Suburban Residential-Varied 2) District to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential-Urban 1) District to construct a residential building complex containing two apartment buildings with 105 total units and clubhouse.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00282 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00282.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District:

 

Lot 1, 1000 Oaks, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 3.97 acres of land.”
