DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance rezones property located at 302 S. Gammon Road from SE (Suburban Employment) District to MXC (Mixed-Use Center) District to approve a MXC zoning master plan to guide redevelopment of the site with mixed residential, commercial and office uses. This substitute is necessary to correct a typographical error.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00266 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00266. The following described property is hereby rezoned to MXC (Mixed-Use Center) District:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Certified Survey Map No. 7827, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 23.3 acres of land.”
