Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2017 capital budget Engineering Major Streets has budgeted $10 million for the resurfacing of existing streets via the Pavement Management capital program (MUNIS 10540). The minor project for the reurfacing of Woods Road contains sufficient budget authority for the work plans in this proposed resolution. The proposed resolution approves plan documents at a total estimated cost of $225,000. Funding is provided by GO Borrowing and other Municipal participate funding.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Town of Verona for Woods Road Resurfacing - 2017, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a cost sharing agreement with the Town of Verona.
