Title
Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase 8.
Body
WHEREAS, the McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
3. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Shadow Ridge Trail from west line of Lot 488 to the east line of Lot 487
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2386, MUNIS No. 10201 by $ 54,860.46 for a useful life of 40 years.
