Request from Randall Elementary School to Paint a Mural on the Retaining Wall at Olive Jones Park

Conditions:
• Applicant shall be required to enter into an agreement on the installation and maintenance of the art, including but not limited to indemnification of the City, general upkeep, repairs due to vandalism and terms on how the wall will be restored upon the removal of the art. The final signed agreement will be required prior to the art installation.
• Applicant shall work with City staff on all materials used for the art, which shall be approved by the Parks Superintendent or his designee prior to the art installation.
• Applicant shall provide a final art concept to be approved by the Parks Superintendant prior to installation.
• Applicant shall provide a plan for protection and clean up of site during the painting event.
