The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes advertising and receiving bids for the Garner Park Tennis to Pickleball-Court Conversion project (no. 17435). This minor project is part of the Park Land Improvements program. The estimated cost of this project is $65,000, which is included in the Parks Division 2016 Adopted Capital Budget (account no.17435-51-130:54250(91235)).

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2016 Garner Park Tennis to Pickleball-Court Conversion, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
