NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00131 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District:
 
The North fifty (50) feet of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Four (4), Greenbush Addition to Madison, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 6,000 square feet or 0.14 acres.
