Adopting and confirming Revision No. 287 of the Madison General Ordinances as of June 15, 2014 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance updates the Madison General Ordinances through June 15, 2014. In lieu of referring this ordinance to the subsequent Common Council meeting, we are requesting the Common Council adopt this revision ordinance under suspension of the rules. This procedural change will make the new MGO text available to the public more quickly.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
All of Revision No. 287 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of June 15, 2014, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-14-00046 and ORD-14-00054 through ORD-14-00108 and CHA-14-00002 are hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through June 15, 2014 be confirmed in all respects.
Revision No. 287 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.
