The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00107 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District:
 
3302 Monroe Street
 
Glenwood Plat, Northeast 55 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block 1
 
3310 Monroe Street
 
Glenwood Plat, Southwest 65 feet of Lots 11 and 12, and all of Lots 13 and 14, Block 1
