Title
Amending Section 33.33 of the Madison General Ordinances to modify the membership on the Sister City Collaboration Committee and make related changes.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance does three things. First, it expands the purpose of the Committee to include individual Madisonians along with Madison companies in the scope of the Committee. Second, it modifies the membership to always be equal to the number of Sister Cities with which Madison has an existing relationship, plus two other members. Third, it sets quorum for the Committee based on the number of members of the Committee appointed and serving at any given time, which allows quorum to be adjusted for changes in the size of the committee or for a lack of an appointment.
