RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MADISON, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

PREAMBLE


The Engineering Division has completed a public sanitary sewer study in the vicinity of Mendota Lake Shore / Near West / Campus Area / Frances Street.

In completing this study, the Engineering Division recommends lining and reconstructing portions of undersized, outdated and deteriorating public sanitary sewers in this area; and,

City Engineering Division has established Engineering Project No. 53W1588 and Office of Real Estate of the Economic Development Division has established Real Estate Project No. 10112 Master File to administer the individual acquisitions of required land interests to perform the necessary public sanitary sewer improvements and reconstruction associated with the same.

To accomplish the sanitary sewer reconstruction as proposed by the Engineering Division, the acquisition of public land interests required from properties and/or utilities as indicated on the Relocation Order attached hereto and made part of this resolution; and,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,

1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with Section 32.05(1) and 62.22, Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of the within described public acquisition project and that this acquisition is determined to be necessity in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes, and the acquisition shall allow for the construction of the public sanitary se...
