DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: Rezoning land at 1110 Edgewood Avenue from CI to TR-C2 to correct a mapping error.***********************************************************************************
The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00071 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.022-00071. The following described property is hereby omitted from the CI (Campus Institutional) District and added to the TR-C2 (Traditional Residential - Consistent District 2) District:

Section 27, Township 7N, Range 9E, Part of Northeast quarter and all that part of the Northwest quarter described as follows: Beginning on Southwest boundary of Wingra Park Plat, at a point where the centerline of Vilas Avenue extended Southwest enters said boundary line, said point of beginning being distance 30.5 feet Southwest from a stone monument set on Northeast margin of Edgewood Avenue, thence North 43 degrees 15 minutes West along Southwest boundary line of Wingra Park Plat 247.9 feet, thence at right angles South 46 degrees 45 minutes West 229 feet, thence South 43 degrees 15 minutes East 297.9 feet, thence at right angles North 46 degrees 45 minutes East 230.2 feet to intersection with above described boundary line of Wingra Park Plat, thence North 45 degrees 15 minutes West along said boundary line 52.7 feet to point of beginning. Also all that part of said Northwest quarter of said Section 27 lying between Southwest and Northeast boundary line of tract described above to shoreline of Lake Wingra, containing 74, 852 square feet or 1.7 acres.”
