Body
The Board of Public Works and the City Engineer having made reports of all proceedings in relation to the improvement of West Gilman Street and North Carroll Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2010 pursuant to a resolution of the Common Council, RES-10-00194, ID No. 17436, adopted 3/2/2010, which resolution was adopted thereto, and the provisions of the Madison General Ordinances and the Wisconsin Statutes in such case made and provided, and the Common Council being fully advised.

The City of Madison is proposing to under ground the overhead utility lines on W. Gilman St. and N. Carroll St. MG&E, and Charter Communications will under ground their overhead lines and the existing poles will be removed. The City of Madison will fund the cost to under ground the facilities.

BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City at large is justly chargeable with and shall pay the sum of $1,890,100.00 of the entire cost of said improvement.
