Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements constructed by Private Contract In 530 & 610 Junction Road - PUD, Private Contract No. 2165.
Body
WHEREAS, Outlook Development Group, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 530 & 610 Junction Road - PUD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering
and Miscellaneous Costs) $ 3,355.00
B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:
a) Public Sewer Components $ 3,355.00
b) Sewer Laterals $ -0-_
C) Investments in Capital (MSU Share) $ -0-
D) Total Plant Value $ 3,355.00
3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $10,485.20
4. That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Junction Road from 75 ft north of lot 9 to the south line of lot 9
